Christmas is approaching...

As the leaves change colour and the days become brisker, we can all look forward to the lights and festive events of the festive season. With Christmas celebrations disrupted by the restrictions of the pandemic in previous years, we can finally gather together for a long-awaited Christmas meal.

Whilst Christmas is not a public holiday in many parts of South East Asia, it is nevertheless celebrated, albeit often without the roast turkey and trimmings. This year, our menu will include a selection of festive twists on South East Asian classic dishes, regional analogues of traditional festive British dishes, some Chinese banquet dishes, and a selection of Japanese inspired desserts. Expect lots of seafood, mushrooms, and autumn vegetables.
